Products and pricing
We work hard to show our hats accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in USD and can change without notice. If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment processor. We don't see or store your full card details.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — our name, logo, designs, photos, and text — belongs to Peak On Top. Don't copy or use it without our permission.
